Starlight children’s Foundation provides support to seriously ill children and their families. The lives of these children are immeasurably brightened by the programs run by the foundation, such as the Starlight Wishgranting Program. In this program, terminally-ill children are allowed to make a wish for some opportunity that they would never have been able to have otherwise. It gives us a rare chance to bring joy to kids who seldom know it, and Nhan International is proud to play a part through our financial support of the Starlight Children’s Foundation.

We also work with the 40 Hour Famine, a project in which people give up food or some other basic need for a whole weekend. The program’s goal is to give those in the program empathy for those who have to go without the basic necessities of life all the time. Members of the program raise money over the weekend to aid families who are severely deprived of food, clean water and other basics. In the modern world, many do not understand the pain of privation. The 40 Hour Famine is a way of finding out what daily life is like for the majority of the people in the world and raising funds to help them.
